Viktor and Rolf is one of the world’s top fashion houses, specializing in their avant-garde designs. The goal behind their perfume – Flowerbomb – is to spread positivity through a profusion of flowers, and to spread beauty and fantasy all over the world.
Viktor & Rolf Canada employed Rose PR to develop a Toronto-based influencer event to generate buzz and brand awareness regarding their new Flowerbomb Bloom fragrance to top tier social media influencers. The goal of the campaign was to create a series of “picture–worthy” moments that would create optimal buzz across the influencers respective social accounts without developing paid partnerships.
Rose PR was engaged in all aspects of the event creation and execution with the goal of creating a “Garden Party Flowerbomb Bloom” Influencer Event. From securing the venue, to sourcing all décor element, catering, DJ, and on-site activations. This included; a DIY bouquet station with the flowers found in the fragrance, a flower-filled vintage bathtub, and other floral accents found throughout the event (as photo opps). Bottles of the fragrance were given away to each guest, where an on-site artist personalized each one. The intimate event was by invite-only. 35 of key social media beauty and lifestyle influencers were strategically chosen.
The event’s success was measured via the amount of social media engagement. Through the 35 guests in attendance, the campaign resulted in over 7.5 million social media impressions; including 350+ Instagram stories and 70+ Instagram posts.
